Manager

Field Care Supervisor

Demi, a Field Care Supervisor at SilverBirch, brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for caregiving. Having worked in care homes before rising to a senior carer role, Demi now oversees our field care team. Jasmine joined SilverBirch Healthcare in 2023 and, after initially working as a carer, was promoted to Field Supervisor. With a background in Health and Social Care and a passion for domiciliary care, Jasmine brings enthusiasm, compassion, and commitment to her new role as she supports both clients and the team.

Eniola, who joined SilverBirch Healthcare in 2023, was inspired by her own experience caring for a family member. Eniola holds a Btech in Biology and a Master's in Public Health. Now a Field Care Supervisor, Eniola’s dedication, creativity, and commitment to teamwork help ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
