i have been a manager for over 20 years working with the elderly,last November 2020 my dad fell ill and needed 3 calls a day , we was blessed as we received this company. I have never seen such a caring team of young ladies looking after my dad, the managers so accommodating, my family, / mother was always shown compassion, and kindness. The team that came into my dad cared so much for him and supported my mother when things got tough. I will always be grateful to silver birch and sing there praises from he roof tops.
