We are pleased to announce that our carer Sharni has progressed into the role of Field care supervisor. We hope that Sharni embraces the role enjoying the experience and knowledge she will gain. With her previous knowledge of our clients and carers we have no doubt this will be a smooth and easy transition.
With our carers support and encouragement we are sure Sharni will help us continue our fantastic quality of care while helping to put any new clients or carers at ease. Soon Sharni will begin her NVQ 3 and other qualifications to help her have the knowledge to go further in her career. We can’t wait to see what Sharni will do in this role and what she will bring to the office.
