SilverBirch Healthcare are available for consultations for free over the phone, in person and even over email. We know you may want a short call to talk about the different options of care if you aren’t sure what you need and don’t have much time. This is where we can help. Unlike some of our competitors all our consultations are free, easy and catered to you. There is also no extra charge for short term packages such as post-operative care.
If you are trying to get some help for your parents we offer small welfare checks to begin with until they feel comfortable having some more help or get to the stage where they need it. This often begins as having a carer to come and clean once a week, shopping for them or coming to talk with them throughout the week for some companionship. We can discuss the next steps of what may need to happen for those that have been diagnosed with dementia or are coming towards the end of their life.
The first time you talk to us on the phone or via email we will try to get some basic information so we know what you need and your expectations. All of our service users get there own care plan and risk assessment. We meet all of them in person to have a more in depth meeting to ensure we are able to care for them as best as possible knowing their likes, dislikes, wants and needs.
