At SilverBirch Healthcare our success is based on the care our carers deliver and we want to make sure that they are equipped to deliver the best care possible. All our carers complete their care certificate with us, and are then given extensive additional training on such things as Medication, First Aid and Dementia.

Our training is delivered in-house by our own trainer in our fully kitted out training facility. Specific additional training is given to those carers working with clients who have additional needs, such as Parkinsons, Alzheimers as well as End of Life care.

SilverBirch Healthcare Healthcare is a family run company and we would like the carers to feel that they are part of the family too. There is an open door policy for all carers to contact us with any problems or concerns, or just to pop in for a cup of tea and a biscuit if they are passing. To further support our carers, we also having a 24 hour on call service to support all staff.
